Topdeck Travel
What’s the travel job? Guide road trips anywhere from 4 days to 25 days long for groups of young people (ages 18-39)
Pros: Seriously epic itineraries, paid flights, paid accommodation, many included meals, hourly wage, daily stipend, meeting other fun, like-minded travelers, health insurance offered, 401K plans, massive discounts on any Topdeck trip to any country
Cons: You are the only one in charge of the trip so if anything goes wrong it falls on you, it can be lonely staying in hotels away from family and friends during the month long trips

Go Blue
What’s the travel job? Work as a Spring Break Rep during the month of March assisting with check ins, parties, events, concerts and more! Stationed in Mexico, Dominican Republic or the Bahamas.
Pros: Living in paradise for a month, flights covered, weekly pay, staying at an all inclusive resort, living it up with your fellow staff for a wild and crazy month!
Cons: low wages, some Go Blue staff may not be housed on-site so confirm before accepting the job, long hours

STS Travel
What’s the job? Work as a host for another company that provides Spring Break packages for college students. Welcome people on arrival, take people to events, guide nightlife outings, and answer any questions the guests have during their stay!
Pros: Live at an all inclusive resort for a MONTH! Free food, free alcohol, spend your nights on an island booze cruise or a concert in downtown Cancun. There is no shortage of fun, amazing things to do. You’ll be stationed in Cabo, Cancun, or Punta Cana.
Cons: As a smaller spring break company, you don’t receive very much training before being sent down for the month, it’s a lot of learning on the go! Things inevitably go wrong and it falls on you to fix the mess. I have worked for this company for 2 years and loved it but there is less structure than other travel companies which can be both a good and bad thing.

Pro: Get your trip to Cabo San Lucas for free, stay an all-inclusive resort with unlimited food/alcohol, easy sell if you are well connected i.e. in a sorority or fraternity or sports team

Contiki
What’s the travel job? Very similar to Topdeck, you will be guiding road trips solo with a group of 18-30 somethings!
Pros: Get paid to go on road trips, flights covered, hotels covered, some food included, get to go on excursions for free, discounted Contiki trips in other countries!
Cons: You can only work trips in the countries you have a passport! Therefore I am only eligible to guide in the USA. If you have a European passport, you are able to guide an even wider variety of trips! It can be lonely being on the road without other staff. Of course you make friends with the guests. But as the trip leader, there is always a slight barrier since you are in charge. The bus drivers are great but might not be your age or interested in going out.

Stoke Travel
What’s the travel job? Help set up and organize campsites and parties for Europe’s best festivals! Work as welcome crew, guiding Sail Croatia, tent set up, manage the check in desk… there is a wide variety of jobs through Stoke
Pros: Become part of the awesome community of “stokies”, get to attend festivals for free, free accommodation at campsites (a tent!), some free meals, free unlimited alcohol, year round office jobs available in the Barcelona, make extra money by selling trips using your promo code
Cons: Because of the strong drinking culture, it can get really chaotic really quick. If you don’t like to be around party animals, this is not a job for you. It can be exhausting. If you start as just festival staff- it’s an unpaid position for long hours and in exchange you get free food, accommodation, and unlimited alcohol. But unless you have an office job, work as head chef or an actual guide, you won’t be paid.

i have so many ?tions to ask i dont know where to began ……
A very big thank you to you.
I enjoyed your online tour. It was as though I had an apartment in your suitcase.
I really would love to be a traveller.
I absolutely love all your tips and adventures. It’s very tempting to do the same. Sell everything and just go. I was wondering about the visa part. How do you do to stay outside of the US for so long? I’ve heard you can only for three months?
Thank you so much!! I appreciate the support. It entirely depends on the destination. Some have no limit and other have 3 months but you can return again once you are away for a few months.
To be honest, I haven’t had much difficulties with visas! It helps that the USA passport is so strong.
beautiful
I would like to add Hacker Paradise to this list. As a community facilitator, you have the opportunity to work and travel in different countries.
P.s I recently applied for this role. Hope I get selected 🤞
