Dancing The Land Farmstay:
A Stunning Minnesota Glamping Experience
Minnesota glamping
If you’re like me and you love a unique stay, the chance to connect with nature or scenic glamping experience then you will love the Dancing the Land farm!
This “glamping” (glamorous +camping) is located near Clearwater, Minnesota on an organic farm. The owners Liz and Curtis are incredibly kind and welcoming. And there are plenty of adorable four-legged friends to greet you when you arrive. Goats, sheep, dogs, cats, roosters… you name it!

Relax in a gorgeous tent
The stunning glamping tent at Dancing the Land is sure to delight you. Whether you’re an experienced camper or wanting to ease your way into camping via a slightly more luxurious experience, this is a great way to disconnect from the busy outside world and relax.
Meet all the farm animals
The real highlight of my time here was wandering around and meeting all the animals. The goats are impossibly cute and fun to photograph. The pigs are a noisy bunch and the dog will instantly be your best friend. And in the morning you may be woken up by the cockadoodle-doo of a rooster!
Cook onsite with fresh, organic produce from the farm
The farm is home to a wide variety of produce that you can access to cook at the campsite. And not only your typical Minnesotan vegetables but a large range of unusual crops as well!
For more information about their CSA, co-op and farmers’ market locations, check out their site.
Gather around the campfire
In addition to your main tent and kitchen tent, you will also have a fire pit at your glamping site. Firewood is available for purchase so build a fire and enjoy the night! Afterall, you won’t have Wifi so it’s a great chance to disconnect and get away from your devices and screens.
Stargaze
The stars are breathtaking at this Minnesota glamping site!
You will be provided with several lanterns and your tent has fairy lights that are solar powered so you have enough of a light source to see but not so much that the starry sky is ruined by light pollution like it often is in cities and towns.
You can book this glampsite on Hipcamp.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know I’m a big fan of Hipcamp! The website and app is like Airbnb but for privately owned campsites.
The properties range from a scenic place to set up your own tent on someone’s yard for a few dollars to full blown- glamping resorts.
It costs nothing to make an account or look at the accommodation so it’s easy to use!
